Rose Sklar - Rose has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. Originally from New Jersey, she received a Degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Rutgers’s University. She began her marketing and sales background as the Catering Sales Director at a Country Club which made the transition to real estate and easy one. The dynamic duo then relocated to Weston, Florida. While raising two children in the Weston schools, Rose was able to develop a large network of high end buyers and sellers. Her knowledge of the City is unmatched. She lives in Weston and sells the Weston lifestyle, because she has lived, worked and played here and believes in the quality of the lifestyle. Having relocated herself, she truly enjoys assisting families with their moves and new beginnings. Rose’s greatest asset to the team is her expertise in listing property and developing the sales and marketing plans to get them sold quickly and at the highest possible prices in the fewest days on the market.
Dean Sklar - Dean has been honored as a quarter century member of the PGA of America. His love for golf and the game landed him a career at a Country Club in New Jersey for 15 years. As he rose to success and married the love of his life, he longed to begin his family in a town that had the lifestyle he dreamed of for his family. Weston, Florida answered that calling. Having spent many years in the Country Club scene, he naturally became a member of the Weston Hills Country Club and began a network of business professionals he could assist in the Sale and Purchase of new property. Dean’s greatest asset to the team is in his interpersonal skills coupled with his strong negotiation abilities. Dean primarily works with all of our Listings from contract to Closings once they become Pended Sales, through the Inspections, Appraisals, Loan commitments and finally the Closing of the property. It is during this time that negotiation tools are critical to the successful Closing of the property.

Rose and Dean Sklar of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Weston are pleased to announce that Alison Pusey, a seasoned agent with over 17 years as a real estate professional, has become a buyer’s agent with the Sklar team.
Alison has lived over half of her life as a South Floridian. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Upon graduating she purchased her first property in South Beach, Miami at the age of 19. She began her real estate career at Majestic Properties, Miami Beach in 2002 where she held an associate real estate broker’s license. Alison specialized in new construction, luxury residential real estate and commercial warehouse sales. She was an agent with the Cho team, one of the company’s top producing sales teams.
In 2003 Alison returned to Philadelphia where her family resided. She worked as an agent with Long and Foster from 2003-2016. Alison operated out of both Center City Philadelphia and Blue Bell offices. Alison was an agent with the Art Herling Team, the #1 sales team in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in 2015 and 2016. The team ranked 5th in the state of Pennsylvania for sales volume (team sales in 2016 were $248.2 million). Alison specialized in luxury real estate; new construction and resale. While working at Long & Foster, Alison Appeared on HGTV’s show “My first Place” selling a home in the suburbs of Philadelphia to first time home buyers.
Alison returned to South Florida November 2016 with her Husband and three small children. Her husband, Dave Warren was hired by CBS as an on air meteorologist. Alison chose to move her family to Weston and purchase a home. The day that Alison flew down to look for homes in September 2016, Money Magazine ranked Weston #8 in the country for best places to live. Alison knew that Weston was the absolute perfect fit for her small children with it’s A+ rated schools, abundance of gorgeous parks and convenience to hospitals, shopping, dining, beaches, easy access to all major roadways and Fort Lauderdale airport. It was the perfect place to raise a family.
Alison is a kind, compassionate agent with an immense amount of knowledge and real estate experience with helping buyers find and purchase that perfect property.
